We understand that all patients come to us with different financial capabilities. With this in mind we offer many flexible payment options:
- We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash
- We offer financial assistance through Care Credit (apply online)
- We accept most forms of insurance and will gladly file your claim and request to preauthorize at your request
If your insurance is out of network, we are happy to bill your carrier as a courtesy.
We do not accept Denti-Cal, Partnership, or DHMO insurances.

The staff were all warm and friendly. I was seen right away and Dr. Tucker spent an appropriate amount of time listening and being thorough. My hygenist was very gentle and they all seem to be receptive to my preferences, which is a nice change. The front staff was also very helpful in figuring out my insurance. I’ve been going to Redding Dental Arts for many years. This time. Was extra special. I was ushered in by my dental technician and was surprised to be asked if it would be ok to let a student watch during my appointment. The trainee, from Enterprise HS, seemed very bright and represented the Shasta County ROP well.
Dr. Tucker and his staff are very efficient, friendly, and caring. They give you individualized attention and A+ expertise. Jennifer, my hygienist, is very professional, yet personable, and is excellent in what she does. Dr. Tucker is an excellent dentist and does an extremely beautiful job. He is a very caring dentist, taking careful consideration of the patient’s needs.
Dr. Travis Tucker is great. He's super friendly and manages to make you feel comfortable even when you know you're at the dentist! The other ladies that help in the office are great too. Straightforward work with reasonable cost. Their "membership" is a pretty good deal, it's like insurance but not as painful.
